Our standard service agreement for residential and commercial clients.
Landmark Cleaning Services agrees to provide services at the specified address. The client must provide unencumbered access to the premises and utility services (water, electricity). Failure to provide access results in a £25 convenience fee.
Fees must be paid in full within 7 days of the invoice date. Payments outstanding beyond one month incur a £15 late fee. Interest is charged at a fixed rate of 10% per annum for any amount remaining outstanding thereafter.
Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to suspend, postpone, or cancel service. Failure to provide this notice results in a £50 cancellation fee.
